Support your body. Reclaim your life.

Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the hormones the body makes. For women in perimenopause and menopause, hormone therapy is one option for symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats and disrupted sleep — considered alongside sleep, nutrition and stress, and only after testing.

Empowering mature women to reclaim health, vitality, and purpose through bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Your body isn't broken — it's asking for support.

How does virtual hormone care with Kim work?

Kim is based in South Jordan and sees patients anywhere in Utah by virtual visit — there is no office to drive to. The only in-person step is a blood draw at a LabCorp location the patient chooses.

Who provides the care?

Kim Yadon, FNP-C, a board-certified family nurse practitioner trained in BHRT through Worldlink Medical. Her Utah license (#308855-4405) and NPI (1316718968) are public records anyone can check.

Does Kim see patients in my area?

Yes, anywhere in Utah. Kim is licensed statewide and every visit is virtual, so a patient in Ogden, Provo, St. George or Logan follows exactly the same process as one in South Jordan.
